Delete Your Stubb Account

How to request deletion

Send an email to contact@ysbusinessservices.com from the email address associated with your Stubb account, with the subject line "Delete my Stubb account." We will process your request and confirm by email within a reasonable time, typically within a few business days.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, sign-in method)
• All expenses you've recorded (vendor, amount, date, category)
• All receipt photos and PDFs you've uploaded

What may be retained

• Subscription/billing records, where Apple or Google (not Stubb) retain transaction history as required for their own accounting and fraud-prevention purposes.
• Anonymized, aggregated usage data that no longer identifies you, which we may keep to understand app performance.

Deleting individual expenses without deleting your account

You don't need to delete your whole account to remove specific data — you can delete any individual expense (and its receipt photo) directly within the app, at any time, from the expense list screen.
